During the inspection, we assess your roof, sealants, and clean gutters and downspouts if requested. &nbsp;Any recommended repairs are discussed with you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All work is done on a time and materials basis with a $200 minimum charge. An estimate may be necessary if a significant amount of work is needed.
