Roof Maintenance Program

Our roof maintenance program assists homeowners by catching potential exterior problems before they become significant and destructive to the interior of their home. Some of these potential problems may be deteriorated slate; sealant, clogged gutters, and clogged downspouts.

With our Roof Maintenance Program, an inspection is scheduled at least once a year. During the inspection, we assess your roof, sealants, and clean gutters and downspouts if requested.  Any recommended repairs are discussed with you.

All work is done on a time and materials basis with a $200 minimum charge. An estimate may be necessary if a significant amount of work is needed. Otherwise, the work may be completed at the time of the visit.
